In this workshop we will learn about how we can use dowsing to improve our physical and spiritual health. Dowsing can be a useful tool to determine where we need to be focusing our self-care efforts. The basics of dowsing are included so this workshop is suitable for everyone, no prior knowledge is required.
With so many factors around us and in our food affecting our health these days, it is not unusual to feel under par and not know why. Maybe you have been to the GP for tests but found no answers there. Perhaps you have been diagnosed with IBS but are unsure how you can help yourself with the right dietary choices for you. Sometimes we have factors affecting our health but am unsure which. Dowsing can help point you in the right direction to healthful foods, cosmetics, cleaning products etc. We will also cover a useful self muscle testing technique, to help you find out what your body prefers.
Our Chakras are linked to our endocrine system, our emotions and mental state. It can be useful to determine which chakras need nurturing at any particular time, helping your overall health, so we will learn how to measure their levels with dowsing.

Learn how to use pendulum dowsing and muscle testing to help you live a more healthful life, according to your own bodies unique needs.
In this workshop we will cover:
· History of dowsing, how it works and preparing to dowse
· Cleansing, charging and attuning your crystal pendulum
· Practise dowsing, divining and Jack Temple
· Dowse your chakra levels
· Food Intolerances, environmental factors and stress
· Muscle testing technique
· Testing charts
Included is a full manual, snacks and refreshments.
