I began my professional training in 1998 after a lifelong interest in natural health.  My mother had a severe stroke when I was 12 years old, so I grew up a carer along side my Aunty and Sister.  When I trained in therapies my mum really benefited especially when I trained in the Bowen Technique.  I also treat disabled clients with The Bowen Technique, which they find really helps them.

After practicing massage for years my wrist joints were very painful and I developed a painful ganglion on my right wrist. I needed to retrain to relieve the strain and heard about the effectiveness of The Bowen Technique. My own child suffered from severe asthma and nearly died as a young child on two occasions. With Bowen, Nutrition and Spagyric medicine and is now very healthy.  My ganglion has also completely disappeared.  Since beginning my Bowen journey in 2004, I feel so fortunate to have learnt this wonderful technique and marvel at its results all the time.  I periodically receive Bowen for any issues that have arisen over the years, releasing lower back pain when I dislocated my sacroiliac joint, ankle work as I broke it many years ago, shoulder pain and to release tension.  I have continued my Bowen post graduate training to specialised levels over the years, further details on the Bowen page.

I began professional practice at The Kent Clinic of Natural Medicine, East Molesey, Surrey in 2001 and went on to manage the clinic and stayed there for 15 years.  Initially I practiced Aromatherapy Massage (distinction) and Swedish Massage after qualifying along with Anatomy and Physiology.  I studied for three years to advanced level in spiritual healing and worked in a healing centre with The National Federation of Spiritual Healers (now The Healing Trust).  I have since qualified in many therapies but only actively use a few of them:  The Bowen Technique (advanced), Nutrition & Health, Usui Reiki Master / Teacher, Melody Crystal Healing, & Lemurian Facilitator.

My Usui Reiki journey began in 2003 when I was invited to do my Reiki I course.  It began another healing journey for me and I finally completed my Master/Teacher course in 2007, 7th in line to Mikau Usui. I really enjoy passing the teachings to others and believe as many as possible should be Reiki attuned to bring this wonderful energy into their lives.   I have also formulated a crystal online course which I have been working with since 2007.

Seale Natural Health, Seale, Farnham, Surrey began as a need to expand my business in the area and has developed into a thriving practice of experienced, caring holistic practitioners and a variety of events throughout the year.
